Gauges

Graham-Whites Custom Gauges have long been the standard in Pressure and Flow analog gauge technology for both the heavy rail and rail transit industries. From a pressure stand point, our unique Duplex Pressure Gauge series is an extraordinary single gauge that delivers two separate pressure readings simultaneously. This dual function does the work of two single gauges, requires half the panel space, and costs less. A Series of Air Flow (AF) Indicator Gauges and Air Flow Method (AFM) Indicator Gauges are also available. Both are enhanced with an adjustable base to measure air system leakage across a 19/64" orifice using a pressure differential (psi) or airflow (cfm) scale. All GW gauges are designed with high quality bronze bourdon tubes and precision phosphor bronze movements for optimum performance and reliability. An integral quick disconnect and test feature makes all GW gauges easy to install within your control stand or console and inspect in place using the GW 706-000 Air Gauge and Pressure Switch Tester. An assortment of GW "Quick Disconnect" Test Fittings are available for quick and easy testing of stand alone air gauges and pressure switches.

Duplex Air Pressure Gauges

The Duplex air gauges come in a variety of configurations and mounting options. The 793 has side inlet ports and the 794 down inlet ports. The 849 has inlet ports in the back and is equipped for electrical light illumination. All are available in various pressure scales, colored pointers and faces.

Air Flow Gauges

Graham-White Air Flow Gauges measure air system leakage across a 19/64" orifice (3719-600 Orifice Adapter). The 796-100 (AF) Series references pressure differential (psi) across a scale from 0-14. The 796-600 Series (AFM) references airflow (cfm) across a numerical scale. Green or black dials are available with down or side-mounting assembly.

Gauge Accessories

The 3719-600 Orifice Adapter and 3982-1 Orifice Plate are designed with a standard 19/64" orifice. Either may be used with the GW 796-100 Series Air Flow Indicator or 796-600 Series AFM Indicator to measure pressure drop and flow across the orifice. The 3719-600 Orifice Adapter is designed to fit directly in place of the A-19 adapter but does not include a one way check valve.

Air Gauge and Pressure Switch Tester

The 706-000 Air Gauge and Pressure Switch Tester with Holster was designed to facilitate testing of the locomotive analog air gauges every 92 days as required by the FRA (Federal Railroad Administration). It can be used to test the "Air Flow Gauges" as well. Its light weight and design allow it to be carried anywhere for easy use.
