What is your warranty policy?
All new products sold to the rail industry carry a standard 2 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The only exclusion is for the 373 series E-BELL® which carries a 3 year warranty. All remanufactured products sold to the rail industry carry a standard 14-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Exclusions are locomotive and freight air brake valves, which are warrantied for 18 months, and remanufactured air dryers, which carry a standard 2-year warranty.
Our non-rail products warranty is one year for both new and reconditioned products.
