Graham-White Acquires The Vista Corporation of Virginia

(Salem, VA, USA, February 2009) — Graham-White Mfg Co., a global leader in new and remanufactured components for heavy rail, rail transit, bus and industrial clients has acquired The Vista Corporation of Virginia. Located in Roanoke, Virginia, Vista has operated as an independent dedicated remanufacturing facility for severe-duty locomotive engine components since its entrepreneurial beginning in 1985.

Beverly “Bev” Webster, founder and president of Vista, has a long standing reputation as an innovator in the rail industry. He brings with him an experienced and skilled work force. Graham-White president, Jim Frantz states, “We are combining forces with a strategic, quality oriented company that is comfortable with change as business and our customers warrant.” Frantz adds, “The mind set at Vista dovetails completely with the corporate culture Graham-White has spent years developing.”
